6 People Including Ankaragücü Chairperson Testify Over Attacking Amedspor Executives

Six people one of whom was Ankaragücü Chairperson, Mehmet Yiğiner have been taken into custody and testified as to battering Amedspor executives.

O.K., L.Y., H.E., A.O., and İ.B. was detained yesterday along with the club chairperson Yiğiner. The six have been released after their testimonies were taken.

Ankaragücü fans scurrilously chanted against Amedspor during Ankaragücü-Amedspor game played on April 24 in Turkish Spor Toto 2nd Division; the assaulters claimed to include personnel and Ankaragücü executives had beaten five Amedspor executives by wooden and iron clubs.

In the attack, an Amedspor executive fell from 2.5 meters to the lower floor, three executives broke their nose and one executive had concussion. (ÇT/TK)
