Detentions of Turkish Medical Association Central Council members have been protested by doctors coming to Ankara from various cities in Turkey.

Three of 11 Turkish Medical Association Central Council members, who are in custody, have been released on probation. The eight doctors are still in the Security Directorate.

11 Turkish Medical Association Central Council members have been detained in seven different cities, they will all be taken to Ankara. Their lawyers are yet to be informed concerning the charges, there is sealing order on the file.
