Having lost his life in Silivri Closed Prison, Ferhan Yılmaz’s video from the intensive case has surfaced. While the Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses said “his heart stopped and he died”, the death report referred to an “infectious disease”.

The İstanbul Branch of the Lawyers for Freedom Association has announced that six prisoners who had been subjected to torture attmpted to commit suicide by taking medicine and one of the prisoners has been taken to the intensive care.
