A border wall similar to the “security wall” build on the Syrian border has begun to be built on the Iranian border. The wall built by TOKİ will be 144 km long.

TOKİ has taken over the task of putting up the wall from the Ministry of Defense to entirely block the Syrian border of 900 km. Razor wire will be placed on the concrete wall of 3-meter high to be built throughout the borderline.
