The Constitutional Court has found the application regarding the responsibility of public officials in Suruç massacre “ill-founded.”

The trial over the 2015 Suruç massacre was held on September 29. Lawyer Uçar said that no effective investigation was conducted into the incident: “We, lawyers, present the information and documents that we obtained by scanning the news.”
