Patient dies in ICU, family learns it by chance: 'Your father apparently died...'

Süleyman Fazlılar, a COPD patient, was hospitalized on June 23 because he had difficulty breathing. Taken to the intensive care, he died on June 26. The hospital did not inform the family. They learned it a day later, when they went to the hospital.
