The case against lawyer Rişvanoğlu on the grounds of his pro-Kurdish statements made on the Kurdish television channel Roj TV will be continued on 28 October. The lawyer will be brought to court by compulsion.

The former president of the Contemporary Lawyers Association in Adana, Rişvanoğlu, is on trial for reading out a press release related to the suspicious death of Metin Alataş, distributor of the Kurdish Azadiya Welat Newspaper. The trial starts on 16 September.
