President Erdoğan has said parliamentary regime in Turkey has headed for the last roundup.

President Erdoğan has defined HDP’s Demirtaş’s statements as “betrayal”, said “We will not allow it” as to self-government.

Investigation has been launched by Ankara Chief Prosecution and Diyarbakır Prosecution against Demirtaş, Sırrı Süreyya Önder, Hatip Dicle, Kamuran Yüksek, Selma Irmak and Sebahat Tuncel due to their statements with regards to self-governance.

Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın has stated; “We would like to note that phantasies such as self-governance and canton administration find no correspondence in societies functioning in democratic maturity”.

In the wake of the emergency meeting held due to the issue of ditches, curfews, operations, civilian deaths and armed conflicts, Democratic Society Congress has issued its declaration consisting of 14 articles.

HDP Deputy Aydoğan said an operation was launched last night after the declaration of self-governance in Silvan/Diyarbakır province in southeastern Turkey.
