Non-Pecuniary Damages to be Paid to Woman Battered by Police When Pregnant
The Constitutional Court has announced its justified ruling regarding a woman who had a miscarriage due to police violence during a protest. The court has ruled that non-pecuniary damages of 17 thousand 500 TRY shall be paid to her.
