Initiated by a group of young people from Azerbaijan and Armenia, the "Caucasus Talks" has prepared a peace statement. The statement has been signed by several people from around the world, including Azerbaijan, Armenia and Turkey.

Investigation has been launched against Associate Professor Dr. Hülya Doğan, one of the signees of the peace statement which Erdoğan addressed saying “Those who benefit the state but betray it should be punished”.
