Woman Whose Leg was Amputated to be Paid 300 Thousand Euro in Damages
The ECtHR has ruled that Turkey shall pay 300 thousand Euro in non-pecuniary damages to Timurlenk, who was previously paid damages for her amputated leg, but had to pay back some of this money to the Ministry of Defense.
