Highest number of cases per 100 thousand people in Kars

According to Health Minister Koca, the highest numbers of COVID-19 cases per 100 thousand people were seen in Kars, Bolu, Eskişehir, Gümüşhane and Tokat last week. The lowest numbers were in Hatay, Osmaniye, Adana, Edirne, Mersin.
