The court has given a verdict of non-jurisdiction in the lawsuit filed against HDP’s former imprisoned co-chair Demirtaş for having allegedly insulted the then prime minister Davutoğlu. The file has been sent to the İstanbul 2nd Penal Court of First Instance.
