Police have attacked the “Democracy Watch” in Esenyurt, İstanbul. While 10 people have been taken into custody, HDP MP Kemal Bülbül has fainted in the ensuing commotion and been hospitalized.

Staged by the HDP against the appointment of trustees to three Metropolitan Municipalities, “Democracy Watches” are now also held in İstanbul and İzmir. While the police attacked the watch in İstanbul, the one in İzmir was held in police blockade.

A group of people going out to the street for “democracy watch” in Ankara have beaten a French tourist for not holding flag of Turkey and then made him say “I am Turkish”.
