The Diyarbakır 12th Penal Court of First Instance has ruled that Hakkı Boltan shall be sentenced to 2 years, 17 days in prison on the grounds that he allegedly insulted President Erdoğan and the then PM Davutoğlu in his press statement during curfews.

The Constitutional Court has rejected one more application about the deaths in Cizre basements during the period of curfews in 2015-2016. The Court has not pronounced the justification for its rejection.
