Waging a legal struggle to take the bones found in a mass grave in Van’s Çatak for 10 years, the families filed a court case. The case has been dismissed, the bones will now given to the Sub-Governor’s Office because the “evidence advance” was not paid.

Constitutional Court: Military Staff not to be Tried at Civil Courts Any More
The Constitutional Court cancelled the law that orders the prosecution of soldiers for organized crime at special authority high criminal courts. This decision will affect pending trials and investigations. Retired judge Kardaş: "This is a step backwards that strengthens militarism".
