The United Kingdom (UK) has signed its first “free trade agreement” for the post-Brexit period with Turkey. Trade Minister Pekcan has announced that the new deal covering all industrial, agricultural goods is set to take effect on January 1.

Initial reactions have come from the Vice PM Canikli, Minister of EU Çelik and Minister of Economy Şimşek as to Brittan’s decision to leave the EU.
