Local court doesn’t defy reversal of acquittals in Özgür Gündem trial
The İstanbul 13th Heavy Penal Court has not defied the ruling of the appeals court which previously overturned the acquittals of Korur-Fincancı, Önderoğlu and Nesin. The retrial will be held, as ruled by the appeals court.
