YPG: We haven’t Fired Single Bullet on Turkey

YPG official spokesperson Xelîl has refuted Turkey’s claim that it has “retaliated against YPG’s attacks”: “Not a single bullet has been shot over four years from YPG’s side on Turkey”.

YPG official spokesperson Firat Xelîl has commented on shelling of Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) against Maranaz and Menagh villages.

According to Yüksekova News, Xelîl speaking to Hawar News Agency (ANHA) Jaysh al-Thuwar fighters (Army of Revolutionaries) have been advancing by blowing deals on gangs situated between Azaz and Afrin, and subsequent to this advancement Menagh Military Airport and villages around it have been wiped off the gangs.

Xelîl refuted the claims that People’s Protection Units (YPG) and Jaysh al-Thuwar forces attacked on Turkey:

“It is not true. Our forces haven’t fired a single bullet on Turkish state neither from Afrin, nor from Rojava. Turkish state is bothered with the advancement of Jaysh al-Thuwar against the gangs. [Turkey] is shelling fronts and civilian establishments on purpose of stopping the advancement of Jaysh al-Thuwar fighters. Some Jaysh al-Thuwar fighters have been wounded in the shelling”. (EKN/TK)
