On May 16, Katmerciler Corporation became the winner of an official bidding for the fabrication of TOMAs - acronym for “Intervention Vehicle to Public Events” in Turkish.
We have received orders from Libya to Brazil while our headquarters are located in Izmir, Turkey, Katmerci told Bloomberg News.
Son of former AKP deputy İsmail Katmerci, CEO Mehmet Katmerci said the following:
“There is a massive demand for our TOMAs. Through the worldwide news coverage, people saw that Turkey was able to fabricate such complex vehicles”.
