Declaring curfew in 13 villages, hamlets and neighborhoods, Bitlis Governorship has announced that curfew in Hizan, Güroymak and Mutki has been lifted.
The curfew which started today (January 8, 2018) and to be in effect between 4 p.m.-7 a.m. involves following areas: Çeltikli, Aşağıbalcılar, Yukarıbalcılar, Karakuş, Kalupat, Ilıcak, Oğulcak, Başmaklı, Üçevler, Doğruyol, Dereağzı, Aşağıyuvacık, Kavakdibi villages, hamlets and neighborhoods.
The Governorship declared that the curfew which started in villages in Hizan district on January 2 was lifted as well.
The curfew which has been in effect since October 11, 2017 in Mutki and Güroymak districts ended today.

Former Bayburt Governor İsmail Ustaoğlu was appointed as mayor on June 21, 2017. |
