Bilgiç said the following in response to the question asked:
"It is an example of black humor that a country which is well known with its record on democracy, law state and human rights, sparks outrages all over the world by things it does in Ukraine and Georgia via direct or hybrid war, provides all sorts of political and military support to all grave crimes the bloody dictator in Syria commit, and finally leaving hundreds of civilians dead by dropping bombs, attempts to lecture others on human rights".
The statement issued by Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs drew attention to human rights violations in Kurdish cities and emphasized that a political solution must be implemented in Kurdish question. (NV/TK)
