Trustee Appointed to Varto Municipality in Muş Province

Muş’s Varto sub-Governor Mehmet Nuri Çetin has been appointed as trustee to Varto Municipality

Varto Municipality has become the 29th Democratic Regions Party (DBP) municipality to which a trustee has been appointed.

Former Varto Co-Mayor Sabite Ekinci was arrested yesterday (November 10) on charges of “Being a member of a terror organization”, “Causing damage to Varto Municipality”, “irregularity in tender bid” and sent to Muş Type E Prison. The other co-mayor, Hüseyin Güneş, was released after his testimony was received. (ÇT/TK)
