Suspect arrested in relation to death of Dina from Gabon

D.A., who was taken into custody three times in the scope of the investigation about the death of a Gabonese student in Karabük and sent to the court with the prosecutor requesting his arrest, but released in all three, was taken into custody again for the fourth time today (April 10).

Later, lawyer Kerim Bahadır Şeker, posted a tweet and announced that the suspect had been arrested.

The dead body of Jeannah Danys Dinabongho Ibouanga, an 18-year-old student from Gabon, was found by the Filyos River in Karabük on March 26.

Eight people were taken into custody in the scope of the investigation into the event, three of whom were foreigners, at different times.

Five were released following their statements at the prosecutor's office and three were released with the condition of judicial control.
Karabük Public Prosecutor's Office objected to D.A. being released again and he was taken into custody the fourth time by the police. (EMK/PE)
