Snow is currently affecting in several cities in Turkey.
Turkey’s Weather Forecast Institute announced that heavy snowfall would affect 18 cities including Eskişehir and Ankara.
The snow will affect the south and eastern part of Marmara region and inner parts of Western Black Sea Region.
Heavy snow warning has been made for the following cities: Ankara, Çanakkale, Balıkesir, Bursa, Bilecik, Yalova, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bolu, Düzce, Karabük, Kastamonu, Zonguldak, Bartın, Sinop, Eskişehir, Isparta and Kütahya.
While the snowfall started in Istanbul this morning, Turkish Airlines reported that certain flights were canceled.

Sea bus trips canceled
It was reported that most commercial maritime traffic in Marmara Sea has been canceled due to the heavy weather conditions including IDO, BURULAŞ and ferries to Imbros (Gökçeada). (ÇT/BM)
