TV and radio channels incorporated in Samanyolu Broadcasting Group have been removed from TÜRKSAT platform as of November 15.
As Samanyolu TV broadcasting continues, "No signal" message appeared by 12:01 a.m.
In the statement made by Samanyolu news, it was expressed that TÜRKSAT has a contract with Samanyolu Broadcasting Group till 2024. Samanyolu Broadcasting Group will take the decision which the group defines as arbitrary to court.

"Without providing any logical or legal justification (though there is a contract in effect until 2024), public utility TÜRKSAT has illegally cut the signal of 13 TV and radio channels including Samanyolu TV, Samanyolu Haber TV, Yumurcak TV, Mehtap TV, and Dünya TV".
Samanyolu Broadcasting Group and İpek Media to which trustee has been appointed had faced similar practices.
