Journalist Rıdvan Aktar has been laid off from his TV programs “Hayatın Tanığı” and “Habere Dair”.
While Aktar confirmed the information to bianet, he didn’t make a comment.
Until today, Aktar worked at Söz, Ekonomik Panorama, Tempo and Milliyet. He was also the editor-in-chief of 32.Gün news show.
He wrote many books including “Varlık Vergisi Kanunu; Tek Parti Döneminde Azınlık Karşıtı Politika Örneği”, “İstanbul’un Son Sürgünleri (with Hülya Demir)”, İşini Bilen Bir Memur: Engin Civan / Bir Prensin Hisseli Hikâyesi (with Jale Özgentürk) “12 Eylül: Türkiye’nin Miladı” (with Mehmet Ali Birand and Hikmet Bilâ), “Ecevit and Gizli Arşivi”, “Aşkale Yolcuları”, “İstanbul Kentler Kenti”, “Beşiktaş’ın Dervişi: Süleyman Seba”, “Rıza Güral’ın Tornası”, “Ömrümden Uzun İdeallerim Var” and “Bir Irkçının İhaneti”
