Kırıkkale Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has prepared a bill of indictment for the murder of Emine Bulut, charging her ex-husband Fedai Varan with "premeditated murder with monstrous feeling."
The prosecutor's office said in a statement that Varan was arrested by Kırıkkale Penal Court of Peace today (August 23) and put into Kırıkkale Type-F Prison.

It also decided to restrict access to and publication of violent images related to the moment of the incident, the statement said.
A broad investigation has been launched into the incident, the prosecutor's office added.
Bulut (38) was stabbed to death by her ex-husband when she was having lunch with her daughter at a cafe in the northwestern province of Kırıkkale. Footage showing the aftermath of the incident spread on social media today.
The husband said "After she insulted me while talking about the custody of our child, I stabbed her with the knife I brought along," in his interrogation. (AÖ/VK)
