A private serving at Kula Gendarmerie Station in Manisa has shot at privates sleeping in the ward. Three soldiers have lost their lives; three others have been wounded. The private has committed suicide with the same rifle.
The incident occurred at around 3:30 a.m. The wounded soldiers were first taken to Kula State Hospital and then to Salihli State Hospital. They are in no vital condition.
Manisa Governorship stated that administrative and judicial investigation has been launched into the incident. (NV/TK)
