Police assaulted demonstrators who gathered to make a press statement outside the courthouse after the hearing of Ali İsmail Korkmaz, a Gezi Resistance protestor who was beaten to death during in Eskişehir after 38 days of comatose on July 10, 2013.
It was reported that Korkmaz Family was also affected from the tear gas.

On the 7th hearing of Ali Ismail Korkmaz case, Kayseri 3rd High Criminal Court issued a verdict, a ruling that stirred reactions of injustice from human rights activists and Korkmaz Family. A protest has been launched inside the courthouse with slogans.
Briefly after that, the engines of police tanks [TOMA] stationed outside the courthouse started and the vehicle confronted protestors outside the courthouse.
The incident took place as advocates and Korkmaz Family approached to the group waiting outside to join their press statement. While the statements were made, police attacked demonstrators. (BK/BM)
