In an operation that has been launched in the capital city of Ankara, the branch chairs of Community Houses in Mutlu, Tuzluçayır, Keçiören and Eryaman have been detained.
As part of the operation, a search has also been conducted by the police in the branches of Community Houses in Tuzluçayır, Keçiören, Eryaman, İlker and Mutlu, which was previously sealed on the ground that unauthorized training and education activities were undertaken.
The Central Executive Board members of the Community Houses have not been allowed to participate in the searches conducted in the branches.
In a statement released by the Community Houses, it has been indicated, "Since no information/ documents have been shared by the police regarding the investigation, we cannot share any information about its content."
In the statement, it has also been emphasized that "the reason of the investigation is the dissident identity of the Community Houses". (EKN/SD)
