The Justice March launched by the Republican People’s Party (CHP) from Ankara to İstanbul is on its 21st day.
The march started from the camping area in Körfez district in province of Kocaeli.
Ahead of the march, CHP Leader Kılıçdaroğlu said:
“They’ve changed the place of duty of 780 judges and prosecutors with one decree. Why? On what ground? So that the new judges and prosecutors to act in accordance with the expectations of political authorities. They should act within universal understanding of justice rather than imposing their own understanding of justice on the society”.
A group of six ISIS members who were allegedly in preparation for an attack on the Justice March were reportedly captures at the last moment. Two of them were detained in Kocaeli and the other four in Kayseri. (NV/TK)
