Documentarist İrem Azem has made a documentary film about the News Watch held in order to act in solidarity with the journalists working under harsh conditions in cities where curfew has been declared.
Azem who has participated in the 8th group of the News Watch, has spent two days with Dicle News Agency (DİHA) correspondents Şerife Oruç and Beritan İrlan on March 25-26.
“News Watch” Documentary film is the story of these two days.
The documentary film will meet the audience this evening (May 31) within the 9th İstanbul Documentary Days - Documentarist with the title “Being a journalist under fire”.
In the event, also Evrim Kepenek and Beritan İrlan from DİHA, and journalist Tuğba Tekerek will hold an interview.
The event will take place between 6-10 p.m. in Cezayir Restaurant. (EA/DG)
