The first Justice and Development Party (AKP) Central Decision Board meeting was held following President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s being elected AKP Chair again on May 21, 2017 after the constitutional amendment.
The new Central Executive Board (MYK) was assigned in the meeting. There are 12 men and three women in the new MYK.
The new MYK consists of the following figures:

Vice President in Charge of Electorate Affairs: Ahmet Sorgun

Vice President in Charge of Social Policies: Öznur Çalık
Vice President in Charge of Local Administrations: Erol Kaya
