Ministry of Interior: 391 People Detained in the Last Three Days

The Ministry of Interior has released a statement and announced that 245 people have been detained in operations against the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in 36 provinces and 146 people have been taken into custody in operations against ISIS in 25 provinces in the last three days.

As reported by the state-run Anadolu Agency, the Ministry of Interior has informed that 63 operations have been conducted against the PKK/KCK (Kurdistan Communities Union) over the past three days. 245 people in total have been detained as part of these operations.

In 44 operations conducted against ISIS in 25 provinces, 146 suspects in total have been taken into custody, the agency has reported further.

The Ministry has indicated that operations still continue. (HA/SD)
