Worker Families Seeking Justice have demanded declaring April 28 “Remembrance and Mourning Day” for workers who have lost their lives in occupational murders.
For this purpose, the families will gather in front of French Culture Center and will realize their fourth traditional march at 7.30 p.m. today (April 27).
According to the data from International Labor Organization (ILO), over 2,300,000 women and men lose their lives while working.
With regards to occupational murders, Turkey ranks in the first place in Europe and third place in the world. According to the report Worker Health and Safety Council has compiled from the news on media, over 415 workers have lost their lives in the first three months of 2016.

In order to make the demand well-heard, they are longing for support with the tags #28Nisan and #DahaKaçİşçi (How many more workers) on social media.
