President Erdoğan declaring his will to meet with Putin to recover ties after downing SU-24 warplane, had used following expressions in his speech in Balıkesir:
“We tell Russia this; let us gather and solve this issue within our border. Let us not make anyone happy by increasing it to a stage in which both parties will be damaged. I believe UN Climate Change Summit to be held in Paris this Monday might be an opportunity to fix it. We may find chances to hold meetings there to turn this into an opportunity”.
