Compensation penalties which remain unpaid can be executed as prison sentences in Turkey.
Gülseven got arrested for the same reason on June 19, 2018 and was released after two days. On his Twitter account, he said, "My old friends got me out of prison. Thanks to them and everyone who show solidarity."
