Republican People’s Party (CHP) Deputy Sezgin Tanrıkulu submitted a parliamentarian question to PM Ahmet Davutoğlu regarding the alleged video recordings of ISIS militants crossing to Syria from Suruç in the southeastern province of Urfa.
The aforementioned video recordings were aired live by İMC TV this afternoon as an alleged group of ISIS militants were using the bridge under a train way to cross to Syria.
The video also depicts two armored vehicles of Turkish Army and Turkish flags located 200 meters west of the passage way.
Tanrıkulu submitted the following questions to PM Davutoğlu:
* Are the armed group aired clearly and live by İMC TV affiliated with ISIS?
* Is it true that the aforementioned group crossed to Syria from Turkey?
* Why did authorities put a blind eye on the the aforementioned group, making no interventions on the border with Syria?
* Is it a coincidence that a power outage took place in Istanbul’s Eyüp district (where İMC TV headquarters are located) while İMC TV was airing the footage live?
* Will the authorities launch an investigation on the allegations? (ÇT/BM)
