Turkey's industrial output slipped 3.9 percent on a yearly basis in June, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) has announced.
The calendar-adjusted industrial production index reached 109.8 in June, according to TurkStat.

Among the three main sub-indices, the manufacturing index posted the worst performance during the month, falling 4.6 percent.
The mining and quarrying index climbed 4.8 percent, while manufacturing index decreased by 4.6 percent and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index increased by 0.5 percent in June 2019, compared with the same month of the previous year.
The term "calendar-adjusted" is used to refer to data without calendar and holiday-originating effects.
TurkStat data also indicated that industrial production fell 3.7 percent from a month earlier in June.
