IMDb (Internet Movie Database) a worldwide known online database for movies, television and video games which had called President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan a “dictator” in the introduction text of “Reis” (leader), a film about the life of Erdoğan, has removed the expression once again.

What had happened?
On October 12, as reported on ilerihaber.org newssite, the same expression “dictator” was also used on the introduction line on IMDb.
Yet on October 14, the expression “dictator” was replaced by the word “politician” due to reactions.
On October 19, expression was used again and removed the next day (October 20).
As of today (October 20), the new introduction line of the film reads as follows:
“Following the life of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a Turkish politician who has been the 12th President of Turkey since 2014”.
Before the word “dictator” was taken out of the introduction line, the previous version of the text used to be;
“Following the life of the Dictator Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a Turkish politician who has been the 12th President of Turkey since 2014”. (EKN/DG)
