Hrant Dink Foundation organizes a Kayseri (Dumplings) Mantı Festival in İstanbul. The attendants will have the opportunity to talk about 36 kinds of Kayseri dumplings to Circassian dumplings.
The Foundation has announced the event with this tweet and statement:

"We would be happy to see you with us at the Kayseri Dumplings (Mantı) Festival to take place on October 26, Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00.
"All together, we will prepare and cook the dumplings during the workshops both for kids and adults. While talking about 36 kind of Kayseri dumplings to Circassian dumplings, we will celebrate diversity. We will set the table together and eat dumplings while listening to music.

Hrant Dink Foundation was planning to hold a conference on "Social, Cultural and Economic History of Kayseri and the Region" in Kayseri. However, the conference was banned by the Governorship of Kayseri on October 3. In response, the Foundation decided to hold the conference in İstanbul, which was also banned by the District Governorship of Şişli. (EMK/SD)
