Police conducted simultaneous raids on many houses in the early hours of the morning in the city center and Yüksekova and Çukurca districts of Hakkari.
According to Mezopotamya News Agency, around 30 individuals, including members of the "Barış Anneleri" (Mothers for Peace) group, were detained during the raids. The reasons for the detentions have not been disclosed.
Lawyer Yusuf Çobanoğlu announced that over 15 Peace Mothers members were detained in the raids in Yüksekova. The detained citizens were taken to the Hakkari Provincial Police Department.
The names of some of those detained are as follows: "Seher Karagöz, Hemail Vural, Mahsuma Akın, Feride Ağralı, Emine Özdel, Süheyla Saygı, Fatma Bulut."
Raids in Adana
In Adana, police carried out raids on numerous addresses in the early hours of the morning, resulting in the detention of a significant number of individuals. Those who were detained have been taken to the Adana Provincial Police Department.
