Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Group Vice Chair Ayhan Bilgen has announced that they would boycott the voting to take place in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) concerning the Constitutional Amendment Package.
Bilgen on his postings on social media said;
"In a situation in which our deputies have been unlawfully arrested and prevented from doing their duty, we will not vote for this illegitimate package".
