Greece court has ruled that three of the eight soldiers, who fled to Greece from Turkey following July 15 coup attempt, be extradited to Turkey.
Deutsche Welle Türkiye reported that experts making a statement to German news agency dpa that the three soldiers to be extradited can lodge an appeal with the supreme court.
The trial will take months to be concluded in case of an appeal, the experts added.
Decision on two soldiers has yet to be made
Decision about the extradition of the other two soldiers will be made in the upcoming days, according to Greek State Radio ERA and Skai TV channel.

The court ruled that the other three soldiers be not extradited on Monday (December 5).
According to state-run Anadolu Agency, prosecutor of supreme courts in Greece objected to this decision. (YY/TK)
