Başak Demirtaş, the wife of Peoples’ Democratic Party’s (HDP) imprisoned presidential candidate Selahattin Demirtaş, has conveyed her question for Demirtaş to answer at the press meeting to be held on social media.
Sharing a photo of Selahattin Demirtaş doing the ironing on Twitter, Başak Demirtaş asked, “You have been doing the ironing since university years. You’ve continued after getting married too. When you become president, will you continue to iron, prepare breakfast for the kids and go to do the grocery shopping?”
It was announced that the questions asked through Twitter, Instagram and Facebook in Kurdish, Turkish and English were conveyed to him on June 6, Wednesday and his answers will be shared today (June 8) on social media. (BK/TK)
