A FlyOne passenger jet took off from Armenia to Turkey for the first time today (February 2).
The plane departed from Yerevan International Zvartnots Airport at 6 p.m. local time and landed in İstanbul at around 7.40 p.m.
The flight was carried out as part of the normalization process between Turkey and Armenia.
A plane with 60 passengers will also make the İstanbul - Yerevan flight later tonight, the state-run Anadolu Agency reported, citing FlyOne officials.
