It has been claimed that an Intelligence Bureau Presidency (İDB) engineer Burak Açıkalın, who was arrested as part of the Fethullahist Terror Organization (FETÖ) investigation on the claim that he relayed information to Twitter account “Fuat Avni”, committed suicide.

With the alleged suicide of Açıkalın, the number of people who committed/allegedly committed suicide has risen to 16 since July 15 coup attempt.
