Speaking to reporters in the parliament, Aksu said that the explosion might have been an act of marginal, small scale terrorist organizations.
Noting that anybody had not yet claimed the responsibility for the explosion, Aksu said that marginal, small scale terrorist organizations staged such acts to make their existence felt and spread terror.
Aksu added that security forces did not have any negligence in the blast as the bomb exploded before arrival of bomb disposal squad. (MS-ULG) (YE)
