Turkey’s Official Gazette released the results of presidential elections which confirmed Erdoğan as 12th President as well as the assets of Erdoğan and his spouse.
On July 1, Erdoğan also declared his assets prior to the presidential elections. According to this, Erdoğan is expecting a 500.000 lira payment from his son Burak Erdoğan.
The law requires Erdoğan, his spouse and children to declare their assets.

According to the Official Gazette digest, Erdoğan’s assets are as follows:
* 2,000 square metres property in Güneysu-Dumankaya Village (Value: 10,000 liras)
* Automobile (Value: 234,080 liras)
* A total of 4,404,192.13 liras and 200,000 dollars in various accounts. 500,000 liras lended.
Emine Erdoğan
Emine Erdoğan’s assets are as follows:
AUDI A8 purchased on November 23, 2012. (Value: 234,000 liras)
Emine Erdoğan hasn’t declared any other assets.
Transparency
Transparency Organization demanded a juridical regulation for presidential candidates to share their assets with public opinion. It called the candidates for declaring their first degree relatives’ assets. (AS/BM)
